Korn Ferry Military Division has partnered with our client on their search for a Maintenance Electrician for their new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Apple Grove WV. This facility is expected to be fully operational in 2025 – role will be open in March / April 2025, company is interviewing and hiring NOW.

Compensation: $90,000 1st year salary guaranteed ($38.00-64.00/hr base + bonus)
Rotating Shift: 12-hour Rotating Shifts 4 on / 4 off – Switching from Days to Nights (Training will be M-F, 8-hour Day Shift) Must have the ability to work weekends, holidays, rotating shifts, scheduled and unscheduled overtime.
What You Will Do: Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment and systems, as well as proposing and implementing innovative solutions to production challenges. Troubleshoot 480V motors and controls; fundamental electrical theory knowledge required.
Education and Work Experience:
- Must be authorized to work in U.S.
- at least 4 years of U.S. Military Experience required
- KEY AREAS: basic electrical theory, electrical safety, AC motors, motor control systems, PLC’s, variable frequency drives, and troubleshooting.
- 2+ years industrial maintenance experience
- Fundamental Electrical Theory knowledge
- Experience Troubleshooting 480V Motors and Controls
- 2-year or 4-year degree in electrical or related field preferred
