With energy and clarity, the VPHR will articulate and champion a compelling vision for the workforce at Tufts Medical Center while ensuring that vision translates into measurable outcomes across talent, culture, and performance. Working closely with the President and executive team, the VPHR will play a critical role in shaping the future of TMC by building and sustaining a high-performing, engaged, and mission-driven workforce, supported by responsive, efficient, and high-quality HR services. Critical to success will be the ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with system COE leaders, ensuring alignment, influence, and effective delivery of enterprise HR solutions in support of local priorities.
