Role Summary:
• Title: Investor Relations Coordinator
• Reports To: Senior Associate, Investor Relations
• Location: Dallas, TX
• Work Arrangement: Strong preference for someone working in person in Dallas, although the firm may consider an exceptional candidate outside of the market
• Team Scope: Work closely with the Investor Relations and fundraising team, senior leadership, compliance, placement agents, fund administrators, and the firm's investor base
• Primary Focus: Serve as the organizational and operational backbone of the Investor Relations function, with a heavy emphasis on CRM ownership, investor data integrity, fundraising tracking, reporting, meeting coordination, and ongoing limited partner support
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the day-to-day management and organization of the firm's investor CRM
• Ensure investor records, meeting activity, fundraising pipeline information, contact data, and reporting remain accurate, organized, and current
• Manage new investor data entry and help improve the efficiency and quality of CRM processes through technology and automation
• Maintain fundraising trackers, demand books, dashboards, pipeline reports, and weekly reporting across multiple active fundraising initiatives
• Produce investor analytics and provide accurate information to the Investor Relations and fundraising teams
• Coordinate investor meetings, calendars, and scheduling while preparing briefing materials for meetings and fundraising discussions
• Support active fundraising efforts by coordinating across internal teams, placement agents, fund administrators, and other external partners
• Manage the Investor Relations inbox and ensure investor requests are routed, tracked, and resolved promptly
• Support investor communications including newsletters, webinars, marketing materials, and ongoing limited partner engagement
• Coordinate due diligence questionnaires and ensure DDQs are completed accurately and submitted within required deadlines
• Assist with investor onboarding, subscription documentation, capital call communications, investor portal administration, and other investor servicing activities
• Support limited partner advisory committee administration and ongoing investor reporting
• Prepare and organize materials for investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and fundraising events
• Help continuously improve the systems, workflows, and processes supporting the firm's growing Investor Relations platform
Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor's degree required
• Prior experience in Investor Relations, fundraising, fund administration, investment operations, private equity, alternative asset management, or a related environment
• Previous experience working with Salesforce or another sophisticated CRM platform is highly important
• Strong CRM orientation with an ability to maintain highly accurate investor records, tracking systems, pipelines, and reporting
• Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Someone who genuinely enjoys organization, coordination, tracking, systems, and ensuring processes run smoothly behind the scenes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with institutional investors and senior internal stakeholders
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities, maintain strong follow-through, and consistently meet deadlines
• High degree of professionalism, discretion, accountability, and ownership
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills; experience with investor portals, reporting platforms, and AI productivity tools is a plus
• Strong preference for an experienced and steady professional who is comfortable building long-term expertise within an Investor Relations Coordinator role
• Someone who values stability and becoming a trusted long-term resource to the team rather than being primarily driven by rapid title progression
