What You'll Do
- Lead a 75,000-visit Emergency Department and Behavioral Health Unit.
- Drive patient throughput, staff engagement, quality outcomes, and operational excellence.
- Build, mentor, and stabilize nursing leadership teams.
- Partner with physicians, nursing leaders, and hospital executives to advance performance and patient care.
- Lead culture change initiatives and foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Who You Are
- Proven nurse leader with 5+ years of Emergency Department leadership experience in a high-acuity complex setting.
- Proven success leading large, high-acuity, fast-paced clinical environments.
- Visible leader who builds credibility through frontline engagement and presence.
- Skilled at leading transformation, developing leaders, and driving measurable results.
- Experience in trauma, behavioral health, academic medicine, or unionized environments is a plus.
- Seeking a long-term opportunity to make a meaningful and lasting impact.
