ACM CRC is seeking a visionary Research & Development (R&D) Director to drive composites manufacturing innovation and lead research programs that transform Australia’s industry. The R&D Director will play a pivotal role in guiding the CRC’s R&D initiatives, ensuring alignment with industry needs and technological advancements. This leadership position requires a visionary individual capable of steering complex research programs and fostering collaborations across multiple sectors. With a $250M investment over 10 years, ACM CRC is at the forefront of automation, digitisation, and sustainability in composites.

As R&D Director, you will develop and execute ACM CRC’s research strategy, oversee collaborative industry-relevant projects, and mentor research leaders. Reporting to the CEO, you will engage with industry, academic, and government partners to ensure research excellence and commercial impact.
