Lead Enterprise Transformation at Arts Centre Melbourne
This is a rare opportunity to join the executive leadership team of Arts Centre Melbourne at a defining moment of renewal and transformation. As Executive Director, Corporate Services, you will provide enterprise-wide stewardship of financial sustainability, digital capability, data and insights, and enterprise planning and evaluation across one of Australia’s most significant cultural institutions.
Reporting to the CEO, you will operate with delegated Chief Financial Officer authority while leading digital and technology, data and insights, and planning functions. Your leadership will underpin the organisation’s ability to plan, invest and operate with confidence in a complex public, cultural and commercial environment.

• Drive digital and data maturity – strengthen enterprise systems, cyber security, data governance and technology investment to support operational excellence.
• Partner at executive and Board level – act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and the Victorian Arts Centre Trust.

What We’re Looking For
• Extensive senior executive experience across finance, enterprise services, digital or major transformation portfolios.
• Membership of a recognised professional accounting body and demonstrated CFO level accountability.
• Strong governance capability in complex organisations.
• Executive credibility with Boards, government stakeholders and senior leaders.
• Calm, disciplined leadership with strong commercial acumen and the ability to operate in complexity.
