Korn Ferry Military Division has partnered with our client on their search for a Supply Chain Analyst in Mundelein IL. Background in Logistics or Supply Chain is required.
Compensation: $56,000-65,000
What You Will Do:
Responsible for analyzing, planning, and executing inventory and logistics activities to support business goals, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. Partner cross-functionally with operations, production, procurement, and third-party logistics to maintain accurate inventory, optimize transfers, and drive continuous improvement in supply chain.
- Monitor, analyze, and maintain appropriate inventory levels at company facilities and 3PL warehouses.
- Ensure inventory accuracy between internal systems and external partners, reconciling discrepancies proactively.
- Partner with 3PL providers to ensure efficient movement of goods and fulfillment of customer orders.
- Identify and communicate potential order fulfillment gaps, developing corrective action plans with internal stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain reporting on key supply chain metrics (e.g., inventory turns, service levels accuracy).
- Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and supply chain optimization.
Education and Work Experience:
- Must have at least 4 years of Active Duty US Military experience
- 1-3 years Logistics or Supply Chain background required
- Must have strong analytical, organizational and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management or related field) highly preferred
