SNHH is a magnet-designated health system committed to delivering exceptional medical care to the communities it serves in southern New Hampshire and northern Massachusetts. Southern New Hampshire Health is comprised of Southern New Hampshire Medical Center (SNHMC), a thriving, 188-bed acute care facility housed on two campuses in Nashua, New Hampshire and Foundation Health Partners. 

The Chief People Officer (CPO) at SNHH is a visionary and strategic executive responsible for leading and overseeing the entire Human Resources function. Reporting directly to the President & CEO and serving as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the CPO will play a crucial role in shaping SNHH’s culture, enhancing the employee experience, and aligning workforce strategies with the organization's mission, vision, and long-term growth goals. With a team of 32 FTEs within the department, this role involves guiding all facets of HR, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Organizational Development and Education, Total Rewards, HRIS, Employee Relations, Employee Health, and HR Operations.
