Korn Ferry is actively recruiting a commercial transactional DIRT real estate associate attorney to join a mid-size law firm that offers a work life balance (very low billable requirement), with only a 2 day in-office requirement.

•Support private equity firms, their portfolio companies and other clients in a wide range of commercial real estate transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, sale leasebacks, and real estate due diligence (including title review).

•Work with operating companies handling leases and buying and selling properties.

•3-6 years of commercial transactional real estate experience with law firm experience

•Big law experience is a plus

•Admitted to the NY State Bar

•JD from a top 50 law school

Compensation: Base salary range $250K-300K plus bonus

Location: New York, New York/Hybrid
