As Newcastle Anglican continues to evolve within increasingly complex and highly regulated service environments, an outstanding opportunity exists for an accomplished People & Culture executive to join the Executive Leadership Team and shape the future direction of one of the region's largest and most respected purpose-led organisations. 

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Director, People & Culture will be a key enterprise leader responsible for building the organisational capability, culture and workforce strategy needed to support Newcastle Anglican's future ambitions. Far more than a functional leadership role, this position offers the opportunity to influence organisation-wide strategy, lead significant transformation initiatives and drive long-term performance across a diverse portfolio of services.
