Korn Ferry is partnering with our client on their search for a Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A and Claude/AI Experience).

Role Summary:
• Title: Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A)
• Reports to: Director of Finance
• Location: Hybrid (Houston, TX – 2 days in office: Tuesday & Thursday; 3 days remote; potential remote flexibility for top candidates not in Dallas)
• Team Involvement: Part of a growing FP&A team, with plans to hire two analysts due to internal promotions
• Primary Focus: Support financial planning, reporting, and analytics while leveraging AI tools (specifically Claude) to drive automation, improve efficiency, and enhance decision-making across the business

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform financial analysis including trending, productivity metrics, revenue cycle analysis, and ad hoc reporting
• Build and maintain financial models to support business decisions and operational performance
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
• Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations using Power BI, Excel, and financial systems
• Partner with Operations, Accounting, and Revenue Cycle teams to provide insights and respond to financial inquiries
• Support physician compensation reporting and related analysis
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities within financial data and recommend actionable insights
• Leverage AI tools (Claude) to automate reporting, improve workflows, and reduce manual processes
• Maintain strong understanding of financial systems and reporting structures
• Handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and professionalism

Ideal Candidate Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or healthcare finance experience (multi-unit experience preferred)
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel and experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools
• AI experience is required, with strong preference for hands-on experience using Claude
• Ability to leverage AI to automate reporting, improve efficiency, and enhance financial insights
• Strong business partnering and communication skills across cross-functional teams
• Self-starter with a sense of accountability, urgency, and curiosity
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits:
• Base Salary: $110K–$130K (depending on experience)
• Bonus: 10% annual target
• Work Model: Hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days remote); remote flexibility for exceptional candidates
