Korn Ferry has partnered with an elite mid-size law firm in a search for a Mid-Level M&A/Private Equity Corporate Associate Attorney. This associate will represent prominent private equity clients and multinational clients in mergers and acquisitions transactions.

• Advise a broad roster of clients ranging from private equity firms and their portfolio companies to multi-national corporations
• Draft and negotiating transaction documents (e.g., merger, equity purchase, and asset purchase agreements, letters of intent and term sheets) and equity and governance documents (e.g., shareholders agreements, limited liability company agreements, limited partnership agreements, equity incentive plans and equity award agreements)

• 3-6 years of general corporate transactional experience
• Admitted to NY state bar or any state bar
• Relocation candidates will be considered
• Graduated from a top law school

• $210K-$315K base salary, depending on JD year status, plus a bonus
