Compensation: $140-145K (+ 15-20% annual bonus + $3K after taxes meal allowance)

• What You Will Do: Supervise accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, ensuring timely billing and collections, efficient processing of vendor invoices, and adherence to payment terms.
  • Oversee AP and AR teams, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring smooth operation of both departments.
  • Manage invoice processing received from vendors and suppliers, verifying accuracy, coding invoices to appropriate accounts, and ensuring timely payment.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, customers, and clients, negotiating terms, resolving disputes, and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Coordinate and execute the payment process for AP, which may involve issuing checks, initiating electronic payments, or processing wire transfers, while adhering to payment schedules and company policies.
  • Review and process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and approval procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements related to AP and AR processes, and coordinating audits as necessary.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements within the AP and AR functions, implementing changes to streamline processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform effectively.
  • Coordinate activities for the month-end close process, including accruals, reconciliations, and reporting. Ensure all accounts payable transactions are accurately recorded and reported in the financial statements.
  • Manage and drive employees, including external departments, to provide monthly, quarterly, and year-end requests for back up in order to prove accounting compliance.
  
  
  Education and Work Experience:
  • At least 4 years U.S. Military experience required.
  • BS Accounting, Finance or related required.
  • This is a Fast-paced environment; High-Ops tempo experience and/or personality is a MUST.
  • Solid Cash Flow experience; should have used A/F in the military on some level.
  • Bilingual (Korean) highly preferred
