The Opportunity
ANMAC is seeking a strategic, future-focused Chief Executive Officer to lead the organisation through its next phase of growth and sector influence. This is a critical leadership role for someone who can anticipate sector trends, drive innovation, and build trusted relationships across a diverse stakeholder landscape.

Key Responsibilities
• Champion and deliver ANMAC’s long-term strategy, ensuring alignment with sector transformation, regulatory changes, and emerging workforce needs.
• Strengthen governance and organisational capability to support future growth.
• Represent ANMAC at the highest levels, building trust and influence with government, regulators, education providers, members, and sector partners.
• Foster a high-performing executive team and a positive, future-ready organisational culture.

Key Selection Criteria
• Visionary, future-focused executive leadership, board reporting experience, in complex, regulated environments.
• Proven ability to drive transformation and deliver strategic change.
• Demonstrated strength in stakeholder management, with the ability to adapt to a wide range of external partners.
• Strong commercial acumen, governance, and compliance experience.
• General health sector background is desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
