Location: Dallas, Texas (Hybrid opportunity – 1-2 days’ work from home after initial onboarding, training, and ramp-up)

A reputable personal injury plaintiffs with a client-centric culture and a tight-knit group of talented professionals dedicated to making a positive impact on those they represent. Our client provides “top-notch representation through caring yet aggressive advocacy”. The firm is based in Colorado and expanded to Texas in 2021. Since this time, their business has grown exponentially, and they are looking to add attorney(s) in the Dallas market.
Responsibilities:
- Hybrid role focusing on pre-litigation and litigation.
- Will be expected to build cases, oversee, and direct case managers, experts, and investigations, review demands, etc.
- Work collaboratively within a team to achieve positive outcomes for clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience; personal injury experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Spanish.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
