Korn Ferry is partnering with our client in their search for a Corporate Controller.
Company Description:
Fast growing PE-backed organization in the infrastructure industry.
Responsibilities:
o Lead operational accounting at the corporate level to include payroll, and accruals, and prepays
o Management allocation to operating companies (intercompany / consolidated environment)
o Institutionalize operating companies that are less sophisticated (convert from ash basis to GAAP compliant revenue recognition, integrate onto ERP, etc.)
Qualifications:
• CPA
• 8+ years’ experience / 3+ years Public Accounting
• M&A, integrations, systems changes, ASC 805
• Data driven – well versed in automation and driving efficiencies
• Ability and interest in working effectively across all other departments in the business to support growth
Salary Range & Benefits Overview: $170-$200k + 20% bonus, healthcare benefits
