This will be working in a hybrid environment.

•Work on a wide variety of general corporate and compliance matters, including vendor contracts, corporate policies, equity administration, board meeting materials, and management of subsidiary governance

•Provide legal support on additional corporate projects and objectives, including employment and human capital matters, data security and privacy program compliance, and Company real estate

•J.D. from a top 10-20 law school

•4+years of large law firm and/or in-house legal experience, with general corporate background

•Experience with advising public companies

•Excellent corporate drafting skills

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

•Able to work in a fast-paced environment both independently as well as within a team environment

•Active bar membership in good standing

•Base salary range: $200K-$225K plus bonus and excellent benefits

•Relocation candidates will be considered

•Location: Marblehead, MA 01945 (Boston suburb)/Hybrid environment
