The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of commercial and retail leasing experience including, but not limited to, lease drafting and negotiation, renewals and amendments, terminations, enforcements, works-outs, and restructuring, renewing leases, interpreting disputed provisions, work agreements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Strong academic credentials, J.D. (Juris Doctor) from an accredited law school

• Excellent research, legal analysis, and writing skills

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Experience in establishing a proactive customer service environment

• Knowledge of the legal and business aspects of leasing transactions, including market terms, lease structures, rent calculations, tenant improvements, common area maintenance, and operating expenses
