APPLY NOW
This is not a support role. Our client is seeking a C-level operator with sharp business instincts, tactical leadership experience, and the ability to partner directly with executive leadership to drive performance, clarity, and momentum across the firm.
This is a critical hire. Our client is scaling fast and needs a strategic partner who can bring immediate clarity, stability, and momentum. High performers are recognized and paid accordingly—exceptional results are rewarded with exceptional compensation.
About the Firm Our client is a plaintiff law firm with the operational mindset of a fast-scaling tech company—600+ employees strong, with just 130 attorneys. No equity partners. No bureaucracy. Just decentralized, founder-led teams operating as high-performing subsidiaries in a “mini-franchise” model. They overinvest in marketing and support talent to create an infrastructure where attorneys can focus exclusively on generating results.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the operational anchor—transforming high-level strategy into real-time execution across departments
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership and the firm’s central operator to manage digital growth, resource planning, and internal alignment
- Lead planning, analysis, and forecasting initiatives to drive smarter, faster decisions
- Oversee key strategic and personal projects with full ownership of outcomes
- Step in confidently when challenges arise—your instinct is to resolve, not escalate
- Demonstrate a “no task too big, no detail too small” mindset—whether it’s steering a major marketing push or handling a mission-critical follow-up, you own it from start to finish
Must Have Experience:
- Minimum 12 years of operational leadership in high-growth, founder-led or mid-market businesses
- Proven track record as Chief of Staff, COO, VP of Operations, Director of Operations or equivalent executive-level role
- Strong digital fluency, with hands-on experience leading marketing strategies and performance analysis
- Results-driven, meritocratic environments with performance-based accountability
- Direct involvement with high-level planning, complex initiatives, and cross-functional coordination
- Legal training preferred but not required—execution speed, precision, and strategic foresight are essential
Base compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience with an expected range of $250,000-$300,000 annually + bonus.
