Korn Ferry has partnered with a full-service, mid-size law firm in Westchester County to identify a Senior Real Estate Transactional Attorney with at least 10 years of experience to join its growing practice.
This is an opportunity to step into a sophisticated, well-established platform supporting a broad range of real estate and corporate matters. The firm offers exposure to complex, high-value transactions and a collaborative environment where experienced attorneys can make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage sophisticated commercial and residential real estate transactions
- Advise on acquisitions and dispositions
- Structure and negotiate financings
- Support entity formation, including drafting governing documents
- Draft and negotiate corporate documents and agreements
- Provide ongoing business counseling to clients
- Handle a wide range of general commercial agreements
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 10+ years of relevant real estate transactional experience
- Strong experience across both real estate and corporate matters
- Proven ability to independently manage complex transactions
