The ideal candidate will have:
• 3-8 years of relevant experience
• Proven experience working on all aspects of real estate transactions, including, drafting, negotiating and closing
• Strong experience with construction, purchasing, leasing, financing, and environmental matters
• Must have strong academic credentials and excellent research, and communication skills
• Experience representing or working on behalf of homebuilders a plus
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and roll sleeves up to meet/exceed client expectations
Compensation & Benefits:
• Base compensation will be competitive and commensurate with experience with an expected range of $130,000 - $150,000 annually
• Offers 401K along with fully covered comprehensive health & wellness benefits package, paid time off, annual bonus(es)
