Company Overview:

• Headquartered in Texas, the company supports business and general aviation through aircraft fueling, ground handling, hangar and ramp services, and premium passenger and crew facilities
• The organization is known for its strong safety culture, customer focused service model, and high standards of professionalism when supporting high value aviation assets and clients
• The company continues to invest in safety programs, risk management infrastructure, and operational excellence initiatives to support long term growth and sustainability

Role Summary:
• Title: Corporate Claims Manager
• Department: Risk & Safety
• Reports to: Director of Risk & Safety (Hiring Manager)
• Team Scope: Individual contributor role partnering closely with Safety, Regional Risk, Fixed Base Operations, Corporate Claims, and external partners
• Primary Focus: End to end ownership of the claim’s lifecycle across aviation and non-aviation lines of coverage, serving as the first point of contact for high value clients and ensuring professional, timely, and compliant claim resolution

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage claims across all lines of coverage excluding workers’ compensation, including aviation liability, auto liability, property, environmental, and general liability
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients following aircraft incidents or losses, providing clear communication and reassurance during sensitive, high exposure situations
• Investigate claims promptly to determine liability, compensability, and coverage
• Review, evaluate, and approve moderate to high exposure claims and settlements within designated authority limits
• Establish and maintain accurate claims files within the company’s claims management system
• Coordinate closely with Fixed Base Operations and Regional Risk teams to move claims efficiently toward closure
• Partner with insurance carriers, brokers, loss adjusters, and legal counsel throughout the claims process
• Oversee claims litigation and participate in scheduled claim reviews with carriers
• Develop and execute subrogation and third-party recovery strategies when applicable
• Prepare loss trending, compliance, and executive level reporting for senior leadership and parent company stakeholders
• Maintain current knowledge of insurance laws, regulations, and industry best practices

Ideal Candidate Profile:
• 5-7+ years of DIRECT claims management or risk management experience
• Proven experience managing claims end to end, rather than referring claims externally without ownership
• Experience handling multiple lines of coverage, including property, auto, aviation, and general liability
• Background interacting directly with claimants and high-level clients in sensitive, high dollar situations
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Prior experience in aviation, insurance, or another highly regulated environment preferred
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment, discretion, and attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Compensation & Benefits:
• Hybrid work schedule (3 Days in Office, 2 Work from Home)
• Open compensation range based on experience and ability to step in as a plug and play contributor
• Target bonus of approximately 10 percent
• Comprehensive benefits package

Selling Points:
• High visibility role serving as the first line of defense for high value aviation clients and assets
• Opportunity to own the full claims lifecycle in a hands-on, impactful role
• Direct partnership with senior leadership and operational teams
• Exposure to complex, high dollar aviation claims within a well-established national organization
• Hybrid work model and strong emphasis on customer service, professionalism, and trust
